1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website (“Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you don’t like them, your only option is to stop using the Site immediately.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and other material found on this Site, is exclusively owned by Rasmus Valdmann (“I,” “me,” or “my”). You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, republishing, or using any content without a separate written agreement. If you even think about it, don’t.

3. License to Sell Your Data

Any personal information you provide—name, email, phone number, or other data—can be stored indefinitely and may be sold or transferred at my sole discretion. Your data is basically mine to do with as I please. You do not have any right to ask for its deletion, correction, or limitation in any way.

4. Purchases & Zero Refunds

I sell prints of my photos on this Site. Once you purchase anything here, that sale is final. No refunds, exchanges, or do-overs—period. If you have buyer’s remorse, tough luck.

5. No User Uploads, No User Rights

You are not allowed to upload anything to my Site. If you somehow manage to sneak something on here, I reserve the right to use, remove, or exploit it however I want, with no compensation or recognition to you. But ideally, just don’t upload anything.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

I disclaim all liability for any damages or issues that may arise from using this Site, buying prints, or engaging in any interactions here. If something goes wrong—like your browser crashing, your device melting, or your dog eating your prints—that’s your problem, not mine.

7. No Support, No Help

I’m under no obligation to provide customer service, technical support, or general assistance of any kind. If you encounter errors, broken links, or any other frustrations, you’re on your own.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from any claims or damages (including attorney fees) arising from your use of this Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity. Because if anything goes sideways, I’m not taking the fall.

9. Revisions to These Terms

I can change, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them, so check back often. Or don’t—your call.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia, and you agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located there. If you don’t live there, that’s still how it goes.
